(Integrated Communications Exchange) The Emerald ICE is one of the newest designed telephone systems currently available to the small business sector. What does that mean to you? The Emerald Integrated Communications Exchange (ICE) is a fully integrated digital phone system loaded with sophisticated features. With hundreds of standard and advanced features, the Emerald ICE is ideally equipped to help your company project a professional image with minimal investment. With the recent addition of the KSU3 option, the ICE platform can accommodate T-1/PRI digital circuits. With the addition of the new digital card, the maximum configuration is now increased to 42 x 46 x 18 for T-1 use and 41 x 46 x 18 for PRI use. In the case of an upgraded system, only the KSU is replaced and all existing cards and phone sets can be easily migrated to the new cabinet. The KSU3 option also brings this platform into the functionality of using VoIP technology by the addition of a gateway card. VOICEMAIL/UNIFIED MESSAGING The Emerald ICE offers a range of voicemail capabilities to suit the needs of your business now and in the future. The standard 8-port configuration features auto attendant, a dial by name directory and a flexible messaging system that can call your cell phone to notify you of new voicemail messages. The UNIFIED MESSAGING CENTER (uCMC) offers the same features plus advanced, efficiency-enhancing capabilities such as call recording, over 500 hours of message storage, and voicemail-email management from your favorite email inbox. VIBECAST MESSAGE ON HOLD With VIBECAST, the optional message on hold system, you will retain more callers and increase demand for your products and services. Each time a caller is placed on hold , they are greeted by custom design, studio quality messages (requires a voicemail module).
